On the basis of the approved “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” program the first part of materials on creation of “Digital Russian Armed Forces” of new aspect of an era of a digital economy and network wars of “future” on the basis of military network digital technologies is presented in article.
The role of these technologies in a construction and development of “digital” Russian Armed Forces is defined. In subsequent articles it is planned to light innovative approaches to a development of these technologies
